Veolia's integrated approach—combining water treatment and chemical expertise—isn't just about having a wider product portfolio. It's about having the technical depth to ask the right questions and provide a solution, not just a product. Their team's understanding of polymer science and process chemicals meant they could craft a solution that a standard commodity chemical supplier couldn't. Look Back, Valuable Lesson
